Draw near to your Saviour who knows what it’s like to feel sorrowful in a dark world.

God can handle every doubt and question. Release them to His care this evening.

Bring every fear to the Lord who cares for you beyond measure.

If the mirror brings you down, set your eyes on the One who promises, “I am all you need.”
