The Maker of Every Season

Let Jesus’ love and presence surround you as you reflect on John 15:9-14. 

What are some things you are devoted to? Family? Career? A sports team? In Acts 2, we find Luke telling us what the earliest followers of Jesus were devoted to. Can those areas of devotion inform our living today as well? It’s a Discover the Word study that asks us to reflect on the question “what am I devoted to?”

Take a moment to consider God’s work in your life with Psalm 103:1-5, and bring Him your praises. 

Come and journey with the Lord tonight using the encouragement and call of Genesis 12:1-3. 

This evening, simply rest in the truth that God is here to comfort and to hold you.

Meditate tonight on Jesus’ promise in John 14 that He is already at work preparing you a room in His eternal home.

End your day bringing your anxiety to God. 

Rest with the Lord at the end of your day, just as He rested in Genesis 2 at the end of creation.

End your day reflecting on the fullness of life Jesus offers.
